Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the nature of the travel services. Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including changes in supplier costs, taxes, or currency fluctuations. Once your booking is confirmed, pricing will be honoured unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service providers involved, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. Applicable cancellation terms and any associated fees will be shared with you at the time of booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with supplier policies and may take time depending on third-party processing.
Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits. World Wonder Travel is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
You are also responsible for complying with local laws, health requirements, and travel regulations at your destination.
Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to availability and additional costs imposed by service providers.
Liability
World Wonder Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by these providers.
We are also not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, political situations, or other unforeseen events.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs. We reserve the right to cancel services without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.
Changes by Us
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries where necessary. In the unlikely event of significant changes, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to provide suitable alternatives.
